But at the heart of every review is a person. A life lived in a particular community, in a particular place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moments like this remind me why reflective practice matters so much in safeguarding. Our work isn\u2019t just about processes or procedures.
